This is my 65 lbs weight loss transformation.

My “after” photos on my blog were from June 2013, so I thought it was time to update them. Building muscle/decreasing body fat has been a longer, more difficult journey for me physically, whereas losing the first 50 lbs (which I did from Dec ‘11-Dec ‘12) was mentally/emotionally one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life.

Over the last nearly 2 years, I’ve lost 6” from my bust, 11” from my waist, and 8” from my hips. Believe me when I say if I can do it, anyone can. I was watching “Extreme Weight Loss” earlier and I heard Chris Powell say something I think is pretty powerful, so I will leave you with that: “Ordinary people don’t do this stuff, extraordinary people do.”
